Pay directly with Alipay
Choose a product, enter your delivery email, create a shop order and continue to Alipay. No redemption code is needed. The ExHentai account costs CNY 37.80 with no added payment fee. Other products retain a 5% Alipay payment fee, shown before payment. WeChat Pay is under maintenance and cannot be selected.
Payment is confirmed only after the server verifies the signature, merchant, order, amount and payment status. A return page or screenshot is not payment confirmation. Do not pay again while confirmation is pending.
After confirmed Alipay payment, stocked ExHentai accounts are supplied automatically and delivery email is sent. Stock shortages or supply errors leave the order paid and awaiting delivery. Cookies require valid stock; basic accounts follow their order's delivery arrangements. Contact support for a custom assisted-donation quote.
USDT / USDC on-chain payment (ExHentai account)
ExHentai accounts use a fixed USD price that does not follow the CNY exchange rate. New orders use connected-wallet USDT / USDC payments; use the address verified on the original order page. If an older order shows a dedicated address, follow that order’s instructions. Availability is shown at checkout.

- Use only the network and address shown on your order. Do not bridge across networks or reuse another order's address or an old screenshot.
- Network fees are separate; the amount received must not be lower than the amount due.
- With a connected wallet, send from your own wallet, not directly from an exchange withdrawal. The signature only binds the order; it sends no funds and grants no token allowance.
- Delivery is automatic after chain finality. Arbitrum and Base usually take about 15–20 minutes, sometimes longer.
For another coin or network, use “More payment networks” to ask support to confirm the coin, network, amount and current address before transferring.
Wrong network, underpaid or expired? Keep the transaction hash and contact support. Do not pay again.
Payhip product codes
Payhip remains available. Open the Payhip product page from checkout and buy the matching product. Return to checkout, choose Payhip, enter your email and product code, and redeem it to create an order.
The platform checkout price applies. Codes are single-use, product-specific and subject to the validity stated when issued. Contact support with your purchase record for missing, expired or used codes before buying again.
Existing orders and issued codes
Existing orders and previously issued product codes retain support. Contact support with your original order email, order number or purchase record. There is no need to purchase or top up on an old platform again.
